As a charitable 501(c)(3) organization, our structure improves our financial efficiency. We are able to provide below-market construction and program budgets that reduces effective rents and leases. However, our charitable benefits go far beyond leasing. Our formation and non-profit mission allow us to deliver and execute financial solutions that allows us to transfer ownership to local non-profits in accelerated time freeing up available funds for the administration of services, scholarships, special programs, and individuals’ rewards.

In addition, we are structured to receive gifts, grants, donations, private contributions, liquidity investments, and other types of monetary assets. These funds are applied toward our mission to improve the lives of the special need population and people with I/DD.
